I have been in the food business for almost 40 years. Using the commercial knife sharpening service my entire career. I wish I found Local Root decades ago. I will not take my knives anywhere else! You should tell your friends how good they are.

My knives are like new again! Easy experience. Would be amazing if they could do the sharpening while you wait, but still, 2 days is better turnaround time than other places I called.

My knife which I’ve owned for years is sharper than ever.

I recommend local root for knife sharpening to anyone who asks. The last time I brought my knives in, I had a Japanese carbon steel knife that had accrued a lot of rust due to some improper care on my end.
